Can we change all champion abilities work from edge-to-edge?

In my opinion every single ability should be changed to edge-to-edge and change ranges according to that (about lowering 100 from every changed ability), because single targeted spells works as center-to-center and people mostly confuse and don't understand this at first, so when they are using 600 range single target ability they think it should be same range as 600 range auto attack range, and when they do it they ask "why is it shorter than auto even their range is same". I think it does nothing but confuse new players.
