Community's Opinions to Eliminate Permabanned Champions?

There always seems to be champions that are permanently banned and a few of the more note worthy ones are:

ZacZac : Due to his extremely high mobility with his jump, he's a danger to have on the enemy team because he can gank from your enemy laner's side, and still get you if you're playing safe. This has caused a permanent ban on him because of his enormous ganking potential. This is the only champion that I've seen with a possibility for a nerf.

Lowering the range "might" help.

Yasuo Yasuo : I see this champion banned a lot but in all honesty I still don't see why he's banned. He can snowball like anyone else who is fed, he's mobile while enemy minions/champions are around, he can block skillshots, and more besides without having to worry about mana. I still seem to beat him with Wukong MonkeyKing top or Veigar Veigar mid though.

Don't really know. Yasuo seems to be banned merely because he's Yasuo these days.

Fizz Fizz : Fishy face is an all-in champion meant to quickly burst kill an enemy. He's got a dash, a skillshot/ability/aa/etc dodge which can really make him tricky, among other things. Again, the only real frustration here is that a good fizz can dodge most skillshots. Although there are ways you can, of course, counter him via something like a stun from Anivia Anivia or some such. Heck, even Karthus Karthus ( if he's good) can simply Q kill Fizz and dodge his ult by moving to the side due to his high range.


These champions seem to be the more common on the ban-wagon, and I'm curious what the community thinks could be done to solve the fact that they're permabanned.

I see this champion banned a lot but in all honesty I still don't see why he's banned.

[1] He's frustrating to play against [2] He's frustrating to play with [3] He's used to be very popular (so you'd basically see him whenever he wasn't banned)

Zac's ganking pattern is kinda core to what he is. I'd argue that they should maybe lower radius of the landing zone a little or slow his flight speed rather than reduce the range.

Yasuo: I already expressed my ideas about his windwall. Mainly just removing the size scaling, make it scale with duration, and have first rank be very short so it mainly rewards reaction time. Beyond that? I got nothing.

Fizz: Personally I don't feel he actually has clear enough windows of weakness and I don't ever want to get into melee range of him when his windows are obvious because of his seastone Trident. He's also extremely mobile with a dash outside of his E that procs his trident as well. Then we get that annoying damage reduction passive, which imo shouldn't be on Fizz at all. Though idk what would make Fizz less banned, certainly with lower elos. His kit just screams frustration for a lot of people fighting him and he snowballs really goddamn hard. Maybe make his ult vulnerable to QSS or removing the slow? Again, idk.
