Can't decide which champion!

So I'm approaching level 30 and I've primarily been playing jungle with some ADC and Support here and there. I'm currently wanting to get a champion for mid/top lane and due to my skin shards waiting in my loot I'm debating between Swain and Heimerdinger.

The skin options are either: Alien Invader Heimerdinger Dragon Master/Tyrant Swain

If anyone could give a recommendation about which of these two champs are best for learning, have a good skill cap, and have the most pressure in both mid/top lanes.

Edit: I only have enough Blue Essence for one champion currently.

This game is not good do not waste your money on it! Look at all the boards threads and think if you really want to invest in this game.

I would say Heimerdinger is easier to play and harder to master than swain. However, Heimerdinger is better mid than he is top, and swain is better top than he is mid.

Another set of key differences is your difference in playstyle. If you prefer playing a tankier sustain based champion, Swain is definitely the champ to go with, but if you want to play something that can do a lot of damage but takes a bit more time to master, heimer is your choice.

As for someone with the most pressure in both lanes, I'd say swain. Heimer is good top lane, dont get me wrong, but he definitely underperforms compared to his mid
