UI Suggestion: Put all Champs in Ban Selection

Banning takes a long time, in part because it's a pain to find the champs you want to ban. To make this easier, don't limit the selection to just the champs the other team has access to. Once you put all the champs in, they'll be in the same place each time, so it'll be easier to find them.

If you want to retain the functionality of not banning champs the other team doesn't have, just grey those out. This could save us 5 seconds per ban selected, easily, and 30 seconds less time for set-up per game, is a lot more time having fun.
