Red Tracker overwhelmed by Help & Support

I think it's cool you have some Reds constantly in H&S trying to get players' games working. It's a great feature & I assume will be google searchable and that's sweet. But a lot of us try to use the Red Tracker to find info about the game or interesting opinions of Riot guys, & it's difficult because each help req hits one of those lines now.

So could Red Tracker either be customizable or just by default ignore Help & Support threads?
