I swear to god 80% of the players in Plat 5 are boosted animals. This is pretty similar with players in G5 or D5 as well. Pretty annoying how these players just get their rank and never play properly or better yet get boosted and play like autistic monkeys.

U do realize that u are basically making no sense? People buy boost to plat 5 for end season rewards. Playing after getting boosted just makes them risk demotion back to gold. People just sometimes have a bad game.

Just from my experience, a lot of people in plat 5 are either:

dyaminc Q to plat 5, but they are a mid gold level, so now they lose a bit more than they win, but it's not enough to demote them
Really tilted people that bounce between mid plat and plat 5, so most plat 5s are on a losing streak
got to plat 5 legit solo'ing, think its a nice league to stay in and they occasionally play once or two times a week, and generally don't tryhard anymore

But this is true for every 5th division probably

its annoying and absolutely demoralising when that sort of shit happens. People should just get dropped tiers the moment they are under 1 of the required MMR. It's ridiculous that people can just stay in div 5 0 LP regardless of what rank without any sort of ramifications for not playing properly
