Why does top lane keep getting nerfed into a state where only tanky champs are viable and every other pick is semi viable... like what is top lanes identity to riot? why are they like this?

Good, I'd rather have more tanks top lane than a full glass cannon team like I'm usually stuck supporting.

Honestly? It fucking sucks having to have TWO mandatory summoner spells as opposed to one. I would much rather be allowed to play selfishly with tanks, such as taking ignite or some such than constantly have to play Daycare Assistant to the bottom lane
Ew, they just need to give top laners more tools to effect the map, like it's just dumb they want to nerf everything without giving us nothing to use, top lane is in a bad place.
