Champion Idea : Kennen

What do you guys think about turning kennen into a lightning based, ap assasin which is kinda how he already plays considering how his ulti is best used on squishier targets but like i feel like when i'm playing kennen like the energy refunding part of his kit is so heavy, like i think the reward for landing multiple stuns on the same target should increase the energy refunding part of his kit.
