Swain has no reliable poke for his range and also no way to really kite.

Swain isn't intended to poke or kite. He's supposed to basically be a mage version of a bruiser. Also, his combo of E+Passive+Auto+Q with Electrocute is pretty brutal and can do loads of damage, especially if he's got a item 3057 or item 3100 .

His main problem is that his whole kit depends on his E which is easy to dodge , he can't even ult without a soul

Am i the only one who cannot play him for the life of me (Can't stand his new Q and i find his range abysmal) but for some reason I find him annoying to play against? XD Just me? ok.
