hotkeys

guys i need help.. i want to play using normal cast mode and usinghotkeys qwer df with normal mode..when i go to hotkeys tho it doesnt work if i use normal mode it lets me range my abilities but when i press to use it it doesnt work..on the other hand for some reason it doesnt let me control my champion he attacks minions and going to turret and i cant control it ..can someone send me pics of his her league account on the hotkeys settings to see how it is..or provide me with any help ..please
