Shen Taunt Fail Occasionally

happened to me twice already. when shen taunts a target that is very close to him, aka, after dash finishes shen is at max distance away from the taunted target, the target is supposed to walk towards shen (if melee) in order to attack shen. However, it failed on me 2 times already that, I landed the taunt, theres the sound, and theres the visual circles on the target, but the target is not taunted and keeps attacking my adc.

This is still an issue, I've been practicing Shen support this last few days, and the taunt area of effect is not working properly some times. Unless you land right on top of the champ it will not execute the taunt, and that's just sometimes. Also, if you use it and it reaches the AOE effect it will not proc if it's a single target, it will though if it's a group of 2 or more. Something to be looked at, thanks.
