@Riot Can we make /remake more known about?

I just had a game with an AFK Karma. I told my team about /remake and to not give/get first blood so we could get it. And of course, none of them knew what it was and we got first blood at ~2:53, thus preventing /remake. Could we perhaps get a popup box when people first log in telling them about it? Or maybe a dialog box at champ select like the one warning us to lock in picks/bans? A lot of people don't read the patch notes and won't know about this feature for a month.
