Before being in his current state, zilean was kinda like this: Bombs were click and cast, not a skillshot Rewind reduced his ult's cooldown as well and his Ult remained on the target for like a minute or so, so you could end up actually having 2 Zilean ults at the same time.
All that and he was still more fun to play against that Yasuo is, for good reason 
has 53% ban rate
