Anyone else not getting key fragments

I play 3-5 games a day. And i find my friends wanting chests cuz they get a lot of key fragments and they play the same amount. But i get about 1 key fragment every 1-2 weeks. Kinda sucks having 6 chests stacked up. idk it has been this way since day one. idk if i need to do something to increase the chance or what (excluding honor.) it just seems very minimal.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM MY FRIENDS GETS EVRY DAY KEY FRAGMENT AND ME I GET 1 FRAGMENT IN 1-2 WEEK CAN SOMEONE HELP ME HER PLS I FED UP FROM THIS MY FRIEND EVRY 3-4 DAY OPEN CHEST BUT ME I OPEN ONE I A MONTH :/
