How many games do we have to play solo to get the badge

Because my last 30+ ranked games have been 90% solo queue and I still have the dynamic queue badge.

I believe a rioter said they wanted the solo badge to be solo exclusively, and it was around 23/25 wins solo or something, don't quote me on that but you need more than 90% solo WINS (not games)

I think I read somewhere it was over 100 games with 90 being solo to get the badge
