What happend to this gamemode i feel like we are geting poro king ascencion all the time i miss this game mode

Well they have some issues rolling one for all with the new client. They essentially have to remake the champ selection vote screen from scratch in order for it to work for the new client. There was a post about one for all where they said that they where working on it. Thats why we haven't gotten it in a while
