I dont get you people,you are complaing about a skin that cost 975 like its a legendary or ultimate skin.

Frostblade's rework looks too much like a Winter Wonder Irelia skin, which would be perfectly fine! ... except it isn't part of the WW line, it's Frost blade, which is a unique skin and one very well known and popular, that many people think of when they think of the Champion associated with it. If Nunu's VGU turns Nunu Bot into a serious, edgy literal-killing machine that's dark, rusted and glowing red ... That would be too much of a departure from the original skin and feel more "BattleCast Nunu" than one of Nunu's most (in)famous skins. That's the problem. It's not that Frostblade is bad... it's that it's not Frostblade anymore.
Hell, she doesnt even have a sword made of ice. It's just clear plastic floating behind her that kind of look like icicles. If you don't care now, wait until your favorite champ's skin is completely destroyed for no reason.
Maybe you wouldn't mind refunding everybody who bought and isn't satisfied with the current state if it stays this way / doesn't improve to previous standards.
To say that people do not like skin is not a fair representation of the complaints posted about Frostblade's new model, at least of the ones I've been reading. That is far too broad a stroke, and causes one to miss the core essence of the community's problem with the new skin.
I don't feel like the quality or concept of the new skin is bad at all. The real issue, at least for me and what I interpret other's to be saying, is that the new skin is NOT Frostblade Irelia whether it bares the name or not. The original thematic is what people who have the skin paid for. It has been changed into something that does in almost no way resemble the original item that caused people to spend money on it.
Simply put the complaints boil down to the fact that the thematic / composition was almost completely changed, and not what those who have paid for the skin purchased.
Because it is my favorite skin and is the sole skin I use when playing Irelia. Its literally taking the image I have loved and adored for nearly 4 years and just throwing it in the trash. Now if they released a new skin with the old design from old Frostblade tweaked then I would have 0 issues, but they aren't. I would easily be willing to pay the ultimate skin price just to get it back.
