Swain Nerfs Sucked.

I have played Swain for a very long time and the recent nerfs aim to cripple tank Swain just straight up gutted my damage. Instead of nerfing my damage, how about make item restrictions to where we cant build items meant for tanks? How about instead of nerfing My Swain and other champions due to you RIOT making items and masteries that make champions go overboard restrict us from using those items, nerf those items, or just make items for my primary role? Stop Nerfing champions due to your horrible game design & balance team choices. Every champion I enjoy gets nerfed because of this or that. Stop aiming at the champion with your ridiculous overnerfs.

Like last time I check Swain was suppose to dominate early- mid game then fall out, well after the nerfs I simply struggle every game not to pop asap due to my R Nerfs and bumping R from a 10 second cd was 20 second was ridiculous. Either give Swain mains a bigger mana pool, a bit more damage, or just fail rework Swain like the other champions you do.

Also, the Ryze rework is busted af, brain dead to play.

Riot isn't going to restrict anyone build. especially if they already have those multiple modes of play. Sure swains tank build may be oppressive at times, but regardless, people are playing it, and are interested in that build. So Riot wouldn't want to hard restrict that build path.

As per your suggestions, Riot is looking at the rework. which means you can't actually expect any major changes until such a rework. His ult, isn't even really good for balance, since he's ridiculously powerful when it's active, and pretty much powerless when it's not. Which is why they needed the Ult CC to try and create windows of opportunity.

Personally, where I think that gimps him the most, is his ability to wave clear. I think his base abilities need more ability to wave clear. Thinking along the lines of increased Q damage against minions, or a shorter CD on his W.

Also the Ryze rework. Brain dead, may have been what Riot has been going for. Their complaint with the last iteration was, "He's too oppressive at the height of his skill cap, and his skill cap is too high, making him weaker at the lower ranks."
