Yasuo is a single target AD Fighter that relies on getting melee range to any damage outside of his ult. A lot of the common mid picks in LCS fair pretty well against him, plus this places pressure on top and jungle to bring an AP champion in order to prevent Tanks from having easy build paths.

Annie has way too short range to really excel in the LCS right now. She's still solid, but doesn't fit into the meta very well.

Velkoz is a fairly solid champ, but has a hard time against highly mobile teams with his burst significantly reduced if he misses

Syndra she sits in an awkward spot as her kit is predictiable and limited. She does damage, but her aoes are small in comparison to other midlaners and her ultimate is single target making her teamfight subpar.

It should be noted though, that none of these champs are bad and can excel just fine. They just don't fit the current meta well.

Riot has zero idea how to balance their game.

because yasuo has a super aggressive playstyle which doesn't fit the boring passive 1 kill per 20 minutes playstyle
