Quick cast issues

Was having the same problem. A rioter made a thread about the bugs associated with an update to the controls. Basically to fix it, there are new options in the skills and items menu that include "indicator" so you need to bind your keys to the "quick cast+ indicator". Personally i use quick self cast, so mine is bound to "quick +self cast + range indicator". Hope this helps. and you should turn off the range indicator optiona t the bottom of the hotkey menu.
