Talon and a New mechanic.

Hey Guys,

So I will start off by talking about a new ability and mechanic that I feel should be applied to Talon's cutthroat ability. Despite the fact that I don't play Talon and not even sure if I ever have.

Anyways here goes.

New mechanic for Talon's Cutthroat/New Champion: Warp to target Enemy champion removing any shields applied to that Champion and providing 50% Shield Amount to Talon/New Champion.

It kinda conflicts with his identity. If I was to rework Talon I was going more along the lines and adding that Talons E now Talon steals movement speed from the total amount of champions he slows with his kit and adding like a really mediocre slow to his ult like a 5/10/15/. This can make him alot slippier in teamfights and help with sticking to targets alot better.
