Can we reverse some of the blue buff nerf already ?

I agree that mana regen was an issue. That's why you nerfed mana regen items.

But seriously, blue buff is just in a bad spot right now. You NEED the support masteries to take advantage of it. And guess who benefits from you not having these 9 defensive masteries ? Assassins.

Blue buff was overnerfed.
