It's sad seeing AZuBK abusing snowball runes in aram with no aram changes on the pbe

Snowball items ( Occult, Mejai's) have been forbidden since aram was a custom game mode back in 2010. If aram was invented in 2018, do you honestly think snowball runes would not be treated the same way as snowball items? Disabling 3 runes that breaks the game mode might be a pretty smart thing. A few players in a custom games can figure that out, can a billion dollar company?
