Jarvan any good ?

i look to buy figther champ as Fiora . Riven and Yasuo. I have Fiora but i play bad on her l dont want Riven and Yasuo because i hate that 2 champ so much even if they are OP l hate them.. i ask if there any champ ./not jax/. that can counter or be as Riven and Yasuo and i look for jarvan is it good ? or is he figther style like can be against Riven Yasuo and that kind of champs ? or is he OP in late game?

JarvanIV sorry for my English but i look figther champion that actually can counter Riven , Yasuo and champions like that... l look for champion who can carry game in late game like Riven and Yasuo does

Jarvan doesn't traditionally pump out carry-level damage lategame, but he is quite useful anyway because his ult combos well with a lot of other champions and he grants a teamwide attack speed buff. He is strong right now because he offers good damage and utility, but he will not carry lategame like Yasuo and Riven do.
