Essence Reaver and Dervish Blade on 3v3 and dominion

I think there should be item that function like Essence Reaver in 3v3 and dominion, item that give both damage, cooldown reduction and help with mana problem in ad caster shouldn't be removed on those map.

Luden Echo used to have map specific version that use Blasting Wand instead of Needlessly large rod because those map used to have no needlessly large rod, so Essence Reaver should at least got the same treatment.

and for Dervish Blade, I didn't notice that Mercurial Scimitar now give you movement speed regardless of being melee champion but Dervish Blade which function the same as Mercurial Scimitar but isn't give you the movement speed when using on range champion

Please fix both item
