Duskblade of Draktharr and Essence Reaver in 3v3 pls

I know there's like almost no one playing 3v3 anymore, but I would really like to get an item to kill all those ap tanker when I'm playing ad assassin, amumu singed maokai galio are pretty much dominating 3v3 in every game now.
