The Leaver Buster

The Leaver Buster needs a " Rework ". Riot , Instead of waiting could we just possibly just make a System that Deducts a Certain amount of IP or x . We'd love if you don't make us wait for a game but its kinda Dumb , How about instead we just go into a game and earn **No Experience and Influence Points ** for 5 matchmade games? isn't it better this way? I know people need to taste their Own Medicine if they leave a game but just make them no earn Influence Points and/or Experience? Would love to hear some FeedBack.
