New Servers

Ok just to make sure im not hating on riot for doing this maybe a little but im not that mad . Ok it all Started when riot were moving their servers to **Chicago **** When it said they will be bouncing to the new and old servers until the move was complete and when it was complete , it caused Most of asian players to Lag with 389 Average ping up to 3K so this happened to one of my friends and also me , alot of Asia now devestated to what riot has done with the servers .. my friend from Thailand got 3K Ping everytime she moves around **with low settings ** so , what im thinking is that riot made a choice to play on the old servers that made asian players a Decent ping or go to the Chicago Servers that Gives them the average ping of 389 and up to 3K , could u make a choice for us Asian Players to have a decent amount of ping on the old servers or will there be a update for the servers to get a decent amount of ping

Question 2:

Transfering, ok when i got the 389 to 3K ping i wanted to transfer to Oceanic Servers **But it costs a wapping of 2600 RP ** some of them are just kids and cant Afford that amount of RP and/or their parents dont let them buy RP , so why dont u make a transfer for free that is better for those kids .
