Remove this bs lp loss in d4

Been stuck here for about a week and its really bullshit so far. For those not in d4 lemme explain, you win 14-13 lp per game and lose 19 lp per loss. I talked to this guy in my team and asked why is d4 like this? Apparently in order to weed out shitty plat players who get carried they do this. I can understand that but this loss is way to much of a hit, if riot reduced this lp loss to 14-13 like how much you win I could live with that but when you win 2 games just to lose 1 to gain 9 lp when games in d4 are either hard as shit or some kind of inter troll flamer or low rank guy who has no idea how to play. For the love of god if your not gonna reduce this bullshit then at least someone in riot explain to me how tf is this a good idea when I have seen really great players stuck here just because of these losses and cant climb because of that
