The real problem with inter's/flamers/afks
Even if you report them they will still be able to play and go ruin more games. This report system needs to get an upgrade.

Maybe if three or four non-premades report someone for the same thing, they get an immediate 60 minute ban pending a deeper look into the report?
How about we just get compensation for someone trolling us? Csgo does it and everyone likes that system so why not here?
I wrote an article about this a month ago. We need an overwatch system, like CSGO, but without rewards. Players would watch vods and vote to ban players because of their will to help the community, and in a hope to get revenge one day (not a good motivation, but I would still take it). Many people called out that the tribunal failed, but that was because the system could be abuse through spam and had rewards. Take those off, a normal and simple system should work.
This game is literally hopeless. Impossible to pug low Elo and players who int/feed are everywhere, even if unintentionally. They need to have a LFG system or an upgraded report system. In game vote kicks would be nice, as well as the ability for players to join game even after it has started because of D/C's or vote kicks. (longer than 20 minutes). I've honestly "been through" it , the Low elo sess pool of "Below Average" players and some changes definitely needs to be made. Coming from a player who hasn't given up on League yet despite the fact where the player base community has been absolutely toxic since the start of my experience with this game. There definitely needs to be changes, and there is no incentive to "Balance out the shenanigans", I.E. New game modes, improved report system, etc..

System wont/cant work. The real issue is we all disagree what is punishable INTing and AFKing . There really isn't community agreement on what constitutes a punishable case (except in the most extreme cases which the system DOES work against).
The reality is that most of us have a large disagreement on the "grey" scenarios. I mean if I gank your lane, and its 1v2 and you die. Then 30 seconds later you lose 1v1, then 1 minute later lose another 1v1. To me, I think this is INTing. I've literally NEVER done this in my last 2k games. For me to make this mistake, I'd HAVE to be INTing or atleast soft-INTing (IE not trying to win, but also not running straight at enemy towers). I think this should be punishable, though the community disagrees with me.
When I get players like that above scenario, I know game is loss 99%. Add one more losing lane to that scenario its 100%. Maybe at that point I just want to go farm jungle until ff15. Then maybe team votes no, until 20. The whole time Im just kind of soft-AFK, you could say. Let me explain soft AFK: In these situations almost every scenario I get presented with looks bad. Teammates are fighting 3vs5s with no vision or getting picked so we cant even defend inhib towers effectively. I know game is lost, there is nothing I can do to impact positively. Yet for some reason these are the games where my teammates just spam ping question marks on me..... and REPORT AFK JUNGLER (says 2-16 bot lane LUL).
A lot of players on this forum would say I should get banned for AFK in this case. BUT, to me its pretty clear these are both grey areas that CANT be punished or else everyone is guilty by someone else's judgement.
Being able to automatically place in Arams because of your regular game score when it doesn't work the other way around gives players 0 incentive to care about Aram. Aram is now full of Inting from players who had to play 0 games to place In with players who played 100s of games. On top of that when someone gives up they just afk but move around so the afk doesn't auto pick them up. This is exactly the expected effect when you had to spend 0 time to work to get somewhere other people had to spend loads to get to. Its a shame, you literally have killed Aram, time to find another game, im out.
