Hi, just putting this out there to just remind people that Lissandra's q cooldown is atrocious still. Her win rate (according to op.gg) for last month involving all ranks is 46.32%, and all of the Lissandra discussions are barely viewed/upvoted/downvoted/acknowledged at all.

At this point I wouldnt even mind you giving her her old mana passive, and rid her of her awesome new one, i think her Q is that important. Her q is her main source of damage, while the rest is holding people in place and a gap closer. Also now that aftershock was nerfed ( the whole reason liss was nerfed), maybe help her out a little?

She's a close quarters mage, who isn't tanky, so her being able to deal consistent dmg is really necessary.

rito decided to give lissandra a real passive out of fucking nowhere and when they were done nerfing her they forgot to make her playable. probably one of the worst "feeling" champions in the game right now after her aftershock pomp days. to be forgotten forever when a simple cooldown buff on her q would probably rectify everything instead of nerfing her mana costs by fucking 2 mana. i don't even know wtf rito are doing anymor.e

Glad that im not the only one thinking these things. I almost wish there was 1 riot DEV per champ, so we'd have someone with actual power to fight for those less than meta champs. Thank you for the comments.
