Riot, your balancing team needs to do something about Ultra-Vayne AKA Jinx

Hello riot games, as an ADC main in bronze, my opinions might not matter much but jinx needs to be tuned down.

This is directed at the balancing team, i know they enjoy their gay orgies in the office, but they need to hear me out. For example, What makes Vayne ? Vayne is a hypercarry that has lots of nuking potential but she has to be maneuvered well and you have to be patient with scarce cc. She also has a natural gap closer as her passive and a balanced ultimate. Finally, it's satisfying to carry her since she is hard to play and even harder to master.

Now we have Jinx, her passive is a lot better than vayne since she doesn't have to chase the enemy for the passive be active and its STACKABLE (riot wtf),her Q is so broken that it makes Xerath look pristine, the minigun mode has a lot of attack speed scaling, they try to make her less broken by making the rocket launcher have a slightly lower attack speed scaling, but the scaling is soo meaningless that when you have your first zeal item it doesn't really matter unless you run out of mana, Her W is a long skillshot that has CC and it has a good damage scaling, her E has CC and magic damage , and her ult it's well balanced.

The problem that jinx has is that she is TOO easy to play, she only has to hit one of her CC, Either W or E (making her less punishable than vayne) and then just use her minigun/RL and you are dead.

I'm comparing her to vayne because both of them benefit the best from attack speed, but , Vayne requires a lot of mechanical play to win and scales good into late game, but in season 7 there is no late game anymore, and while vayne has to know what she is doing, jinx's Q allows her to kill anybody after her first zeal item, in the bot lane, the ADC makes the turret feel like they are made of plastic already, but jinx makes it feel like the turret is made out of thin air and all that is happening in 10-20 minutes.

If you guys can rework Ryze 4 times, then you guys can nerf jinx to accomodate her skill ceiling or make her difficult so you can't do triple kills while smacking the keyboard with your face.

I'd recommend to work with her Q and her passive and make it non-stackable and lower the scaling.

Jinx has like 0 agency in the first 35 minutes of the game.

Comparing the two is not fair. Vayne gets % max HP true damage, invisibility, and a dash. Jinx has no way to cut through tanks except through itemization, she has no way to dodge abilities except by burning summoner 4 , and the mobility from her passive is only activated conditionally (whereas Vayne has hers all the time). Also, Jinx uses a lot more mana than Vayne.

Both are "hypercarries" but Jinx is a lot more dependent on her teammates. Her W, E, and R can all easily be dodged without teammates helping her set up those abilities. I'm guessing because you are bronze people in your elo don't dodge these abilities as well, but it's serious counterplay (why is Morgana rarely played in high elo?) Nothing in Vayne's kit can be dodged, and as a result, combined with her invisibility/dashes/knockback, she has a lot more outplay potential herself. She's the only ADC with a knockback, which is the best kind of CC for an ADC because not only is it a "stun" (even if they don't hit a wall, they're moving through the air), it creates distance for you to kite.

How are you trying to compare an assassin Vayne , to an adc Jinx , the only thing that makes them alike is that they are ranged.
