Since the next champion is designed by CertainlyT, that leads me to the question..

How many dashes will it have??

The champion is most likely going to have free stats passive, the Q is a dash, W is a skill-shot, E has a free stats passive and then a hard CC applying dash and the R is a big AoE space jam attack.

I mean , what could go wrong with the next champ??? We can definitely trust in our beloved high-elo top 10 challenger KR game designers at riot games to bring us a quality champion that won't get a 30% win-rate on the first few weeks. Because you know, in the end it wasn't like the last 2 champ releases Ornn Kayn were a huge total mess.

GO RIOT GAMES WOOOO!!!

I think that new champions should have a low win rate. This demonstrates that they have a certain depth and complexity to their kit that players need to practice to use to their full limits, while at the same time not being entirely broken that they wouldn't need to know how to use their kits and still win easily. Sure, in some cases it's a result of bugs (Draktharr not applying from Kayn's passive, etc), but I think low win rates as a result of unfamiliarity is healthy.

Their passive will be a dash that goes over walls after using an ability. The champion will also be resourceless

Their Q will be a dash on a 4 second cooldown that does damage and applies on-hit effects and can crit

Their W will be a dash on a 3 second cooldown followed by a 2 second move speed buff and increases the damage on their next auto-attack

Their E will be a dash on a 2 second cooldown which puts them in an invulnerable state for 1 second and decreases damage taken by 75% for the next 2 seconds.

Their R will be a dash on a 1 second cooldown which also acts as a cleanse and gives them a spellshield when out of champion combat for 5 seconds. The second passive is that damaging a champion with this ability gives you 99% tenacity, 99% slow resist, and 99% bonus movement speed for 5 seconds.

But don't worry, they'll have a high skill cap.

New champions should have low win rates though because no one knows how to efficiently play them.
