What Do You Do When No One Peels?

I'm just wondering, because, in silver this happens a lot. Like, you constantly have a tank or support or whoever constantly go in, but you can't do anything because while they're all going in, there's a or someone trying to jump in your face, and you can't really do anything about it other than try to kite them back. What are you supposed to do in that situation? I'm a solo player and I never really duo, so I just try to build rylai's and zhonya's (I play so) and yeah. Is there something else you should build? Or what?

(kind of off-topic but does anyone know any good replay systems or whatever? I'm just kind of trying to get better at the game since I've been in Silver for a while and I recently picked up , and like I kinda wanna prove I CAN be decent since I usually only play this game casually hence my name)
