Emperor's Divide buff idea
Instead of the PBAoE it is currently, what if you could place it at a certain range (nothing big, like 300 or 400) and the vector cast it like The Equalizer or Death Ray?

It is already one of the strongest abilities in the entire game, it doesn't need any kind of buff, let alone something like this.
Vector abilities are traditional difficult to use, espcially quickly
