Unfair Ranked (Low ELO) & Trolls

First of all, getting a promotion is sometimes insane, because you may do really well 10/3/8 one game and gain 15 LP, but your next game someone can be having a bad game or trolling, and even if you do average 3/5/8 you lose 20+ LP thus not able to climb the ladder at all. A good way of balancing this would be 15 LP for win and 10 LP for lost, no matter how good or bad you do.

Second of all, trolls should be COMPLETELY banned from Ranked once reported. A good way of a report system would be: 4 Allies Reporting Griefing, or 3 Allies and However Many Enemies Reporting Griefing on the same person, because sometimes the troll is duoing and the person they are duoing with feels bad and doesn't report. Once they are reported in this way even JUST ONCE, they should be completely banned from playing ranked games, and been matched with other trolls in normal/blind pick. This is a good way of filtering people who ACTUALLY want to increase ELO and are actually good players and team players, from trolls who only want to grief and cause everyone else trouble.

Last of all, people who are reported for griefing SHOULD ACTUALLY BE PUNISHED, because sometimes a person trolls one game and gets reported by everyone and is only warned, but the next few games actually plays well, and then trolls one game again, repeating this method and getting away with trolling. Just warning them and allowing them to keep playing because they play a few games to look good, just allows them to keep trolling and get away with it. This is COMPLETELY unfair for the ones who are trolled, because the troll gets away free just because they have a method of evading the report system by doing well in some games. A way this could be resolved is by completely isolating these trolls with other trolls once reported EVEN ONCE by 3 or more players, especially if they got reported on a Rank Game.

Rank Games are meant to be serious so you can increase your skill and ELO. While Normal Games are meant to be fun with friends. BOTH of them get ruined by trolls and general unfairness, please fix this Riot.
