Taric REWORK NEEDED

As of right now ALL of the champions in League of Legends are in REALLY good spots and don't need any big changes, every single champion are able benefit their team in one way or another, also every champion are unique in their own ways; each having really diverse kits. (Obviously there are META Champions that are just generally powerful such as: Riven, Yasuo, Vayne, etc.)

HOWEVER, there is a champion in particular who REALLY needs a buff or a complete overhaul.

Taric: Besides his ability to tank he is a very non-utilizable, his Q/Heal doesn't heal much, his W is what he relies on to tank, his E/Stun doesn't stun for a long duration, and his R/Ult doesn't really buff his team's attack that much. Thus, Taric isn't the most viable support (which is really what he WOULD be great for), other supports like Thresh, Blitzcrank, Soraka, Sona, etc. are a lot more utilizable and more beneficial for the team. In my opinion he NEEDS a rework, perhaps his Q/Heal should not only heal but also give a short-duration shield, his W is fine perhaps more damage or slow when it's activated, his E/Stun should either have a longer duration or lower the enemy's armor and magic resist, and his R/Ult perhaps should either have a higher attack buff..... OR crystallize him which will give him a passive while his Ult is active.

R/Ult Ideas:

• 25% to 50% of all damage is reflected
• All enemies that hit him get snared
• Constant AOE damage around him
