Ziggs is already a master at wave clear; Luden's just gives it him for far cheaper gold then before. Also It gives him a lot more damage to champs (especially on ult!) Anyone else think this is a little too broken for Ziggs?
Actually if you take the time to do the math, you'll find that Ludens sucks on just about everyone.

When it comes to Ziggs there may be an early game wave clear argument to be made, especially if you are lowish Elo you may find a Ludens is better simply due to the fact your CSing improves.
Luden can be a pretty big power curve item, like LichBane on Twisted Fate, or Nashors on Azir.

Put ludens on fiora . Works surprisingly well. Her q is a gapcloser that counts as if she had walked just dash 2 times and ludens is fully stacked and procs a 2nd time
Well you have to consider that Luden's Echo is meant to replace Death Fire Grasp, which was an item that was most commonly used to spike the burst potential of assassins. DFG was clearly broken, but Luden's Echo does a good job of adding to the burst potential without being too powerful. The other thing to consider is that Luden's is easily compared to 
which is designed to increase the clear/push potential of auto attacking champions. The main difference is that it is meant to do the same for champions who rely heavily on their abilities to clear/push. These two things combined make for what I think is an awesome new item. AP champions who don't have wave strong wave clear abilities can now do so more easily without sacrificing the power they will need to be effective in team fights.
Ludens is just really strong on a lot of champs.
