Dont wait anymore, srsly riot wont change him in the preaseason and probably in the next season too , before the next season even arrive it will be like 4 months , 4 months of twitch jgl one shotting ppl up espachily with the new runes it's so fun to get melted under ur tower , so im telling anybody who is waiting for twtitch to get nerfed that he wont and they better start playing him themselfs.
