Jk, but you either werent at full health, were melee, or with no MR. His pokes still hurt but you can treat him like any adc, just cc and smoke. But admittably he is in a great spot being that one AA or q (when combined with his e) can proc aery twice
sorry but there is literally no way that teemo can take away half of your HP with a single auto while rushing mallet and other HP items. There is no way that a teemo can just sit there and not move and still destroy you with just his autos. Exaggerating things doesn't help you make get your point across, it only makes it so that you look like someone who has no idea how to present their argument
The biggest problem with what you're talking about is the kiting. When he gets ahead sure, he can just stand there and kill you, but that's not how it starts.
Kiting is a necessary component of this game, and even though I dislike it as a Juggernaut player I recognize it's purpose. The issue comes in when those tools that allow for kiting let someone chase you down equally well. Many champions are not given abilities that allow them to avoid kiting, and so those same champions are incapable of escaping when being chased. If they are out of position at all their only choices are to stand there and die, or struggle and die.
