Matchmaking is broken (details inside)

So I got in a lobby where 4 of us did not get their first role and we found a way to switch it so atleast 3 get their main. Matchmaking isn't supposed to do that for us already ? (Support went mid, mid went jungle and jungle went support)

Also you should be abble to select fill but X position. Exemple, I don't play top I suck at it and old matchmaking would let me play anything if someone wanted to take mid lane but with new matchmaking, if I put Mid/Fill, I can get FORCED into playing top when fill for me could mean I can play jungle adc and support.

The other frustrating thing is that mid or Fill basically means I am filling. Today I got Support, Support, ADC, Support, Jungle, Top. Pick order was the way to go.
