For mid mains...
I tried everything... mid/fill, mid/jungle, mid/adc, mid/top. I got mid 0 times out of about 15 queues since new matchmaking. Am I really unlucky or it is a pain for every mid mains ?

It's that way for everyone, mid is the most popular role, and I'm pretty sure it's that way across all elos, so it's extremely difficult to get it.
However that does mean the key to getting any other role is queuing up as XYZ/Mid
Umm... I chose Mid / Top and the majority of the time I got mid... but I'm by no stretch a mid main... in normals I typically fill before this system, so my champ play was all over the place... last season I mained mid and top with Swain and Garen... but don't think the algorithm looks at ranked... so no clue.
It hasn't been that bad for me really. I've gone mid/top, mid/adc, mid/jg, get mid a good amount. More commonly with adc as my second.
