While behind
So, we all know the trows and caughts in the lategame and the really high deathtimers are not that fun, the chance to flip the table/comebacks seems to be pretty rare if you are behind and in my opinion a couple of changes seem to me to be a really good ideea, so here it is:
-First off: Shave off around 10% off the deathtimers after min 20, it's not much , at 60 sec not it will be 54 after, so not a big change but in combination with the bellow change it will feel better
-Second: Based on the level advantage, let's say the nexus ( like the towers ) has a buff that gives it to the entire team- for every level behind the enemy team( so let's say enemy team average lvl is 14 and your team 13 ) you get 1 second off the time needed to recharge homeguards and 15% more regeneration in fountain to better defend your base/replenish health to go to the objective and it also helps when an ally is caught and dies and you have to defend in 4 people from behind, with the regenarion being faster. Now of course, it should be caped at 45% regen in fountain and 3 seconds off homeguards , and it might not do much, but it will feel a bit better, and it also helps if you have an afk (again, not by much, but it does add up )
If the enemy team kills your whole team while ahead they will still be able to do their thing (10% less time ) but still enough if they do their job, so if it aces you, it doesn't feel bad for them, but if 2-3 guys remain to protect, your team has a bit higher chance to defend or go contest the objective, and in a teamfight in midlane, you as the enemy team will not feel this little advantage because it will do nothing. Please discuss this and if any rioter could give his opinion on this it would be great. ( also first post here :) )
