Unbalanced teams in ranked is becoming excessive

I've tried over and over and over, but it no matter what I do, I can not overcome the ridiculous number of trash teammates I get paired up with. I try going top and then my adc has no clue how to take towers or position in the back line. I go adc then I have no one who knows how to peel for me. Yes I'll have a really bad game myself, a recent game where I went 2/7 as Gangplank for example, but on average my performance is significantly better than my teammates.

I'm not saying I'm a platinum player but I definitely know I'm MUCH better than my current rank, but I just can't figure out how to carry my absolute sh*t teammates hard enough. It's incredibly frustrating. It seems no matter what position I choose I can't do enough to carry the 4 pieces of garbage on my team. Any advice on how to carry myself out of bronze? For all of you A$$HOLES commenting, "Just carry harder. Stop complaining about your team." F%$k you! There is only so much I can do after my teammates insist on fighting in the enemy jungle without vision no matter how many times I tell the morons to fall back to lane and take objectives.
