Why do Riot programmers suck so bad???!

It seems nearly every patch update has serious bugs that significantly impact game play. THis most recent game patch keeps lagging me out and disconnecting. I know it's not on my end because everything else works. Steam works fine. I have no lag when I play steam games. Youtube streams and buffs fine. But for some F%$*%^$% reason, LOL is bugging out!

IS it just the base code that's garbage or do Riot programmers really not know what to do when they update things???
