Zoe needs an actual W

I believe Zoe's W is the worst part about her kit. Don't get me wrong, it's a cool concept, super creative, and fits in well with her theme, but the problems start to become obvious when you look at her entire kit. The main problem is that her W is basically RNGesus incarnate. She gets these random boosts that can make her laning phase anywhere from annoying to flat out oppressive for opponents depending on what the league gods gift her. The damage from this ability is honestly not even noticeable, and I had to double check that the three orbs were even a part of her kit to begin with. You could try shifting some of the damage from Q over to the W passive, but the orbs are inconsistent at best on if they're going to even be used in a fight. So you have an ability that literally cannot be balanced without stripping away what the ability actually does, which we are seeing already from the PBE nerfs.

So, what if instead of RNG, Zoe got an actual ability on her W? It would have to be a damaging ability, and one that has a decent cooldown, but has an additional effect. If Zoe had another ability, shifting power away from her Q and onto her W would be a lot easier, and wouldn't hurt her playability at all. She would still have good poke, since her E,Q,R combo is still there, but it would just be good poke, versus the literal one shot machine we see now. Her power during her laning phase would be more consistent, and RNG wouldn't dictate a good portion of her power.

It's not that her W is a terrible ability, and maybe with some more balancing it would work, but not on Zoe. She desperately needs another damaging ability to help share the power in her kit, and I don't think her ultimate should be touched either. You can't take away power from her Q without gutting her entire kit's performance, the main problem with her E is that it guarantees a Q, while her W is just kind of there letting RNG take the wheel now and again. I hope you guys understand where I'm coming from with this, and let me know what you think as well.
