Summoner Specialist rune: Good on Bard?
I was thinking, what if bard went Smite for beginning as a support, but at level 6 or so, steals dragon with ult+q+Smite? Goes back to grab support summoner spells? Any thoughts on this?

Mysticman891 votesPlaytest mentioned starting early smite was one of the strategies they found effective on supports with that rune (although the reason they gave was more to leash a quick jg camp for the adc rather than a possibly optimistic dragon steal).
