he needs to be reworked O.O

the only build hes somewhat viable with is : pen shoes liandry rylai spirit visage morello zhonya

he is really sluggish @.@ and his passive called ''dread'' makes no sense at all-.- who in the world stands still to gain a slight mov speed bonus for 1,5 seconds..... you can't chase because you need to stop to even try to catch up, and the other way around you will always be caught up by chasers :/ fiddlesticks isn't somewhat viable without at least 30 flat pen and even than with the build above hes soso, so if you remove pen shoes for mov shoes you won't do damage .-.

same with his drain without spirit visage its poop..... heck even with spirit visage yi has better sustain than fiddle O.o

terrify makes no sense either, they run away from you :/ yeah great so it takes them 1 step to get out of your drain or ult -.-

the overal damage fiddle does is so low, back then you could take down drake at lvl 3 i tried to take down drake at lvl 7 and got my ass whooped recently @.@ and for the record i was playing mid not jungle. R.I.P fiddle jungle T.T

the crows are useless unless you have 2 targets O.O

so honestly they need to buff fiddle his movement speed and change his passive and make ''terrify'' freeze opponents in fear instead of making them run away. and maybe a slight damage buff OR a silence to his ult.
