Is there a list of things that teemo can actually stop with his blind? I picked him back up recently and was under the impression his q would make autos miss, though I recently went up against a nid and .. well. I was pretty thoroughly embarrassed. Point is, it does not seem to stop some auto reset abilities.
Abilities like Nasus Q, and Shyvana Q are blocked. If I remember correctly it’s on-hit abilities that are tied to an auto. But not abilities that reset the auto attack timer, so nid (Q I think) is not dodged because it is an ability not tied to her auto attack. While Nasus Q misses because it is tied to his auto attack.

autoattacks pure and simple ones (garen q or jax w or quinn range attacks theres more like also nasus qs as a bonus) not yasuo qs for some odd reason EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS TREATED LIKE A BASIC ATTACK thats bullcrap text it cuts through your blind even though its a basic attack. its like how yu gi oh it says this is a normal monster until it uses a effect on it yetttt.... retains normal status that allows certain unfair cards to be used/chained which thank god it doesnt do that. (havent played yugi oh for 2 weeks)

Sand Soldiers from attacking. and while it does technically make 
AA miss the shots just shoot to the side possibly hitting other targets and not in front of him. it also makes 
Q miss.
