LeBlanc is pretty decent, but she has a huge learning curve. You can easily mess up and if you happen to do so you will fall behind too much to ever come back. Making games very frustrating to play.

pros with playing LB

1-Amazing Roams 2-Horridly opressive once she gets a lead 3-Super safe in lane once you learn how to play, legitmately NO ONE can gank you 4-Super strong burst onto the enemy carries

Cons with playing LB

1-Feels awkward in team fights 2-Falls off late game against the tanks, so your reliant on the ADCS to do their job by killing the tanks 3-Can easily get bursted if you fuck up 4-Item Pathing isn't the most creative or optional on her.
